Nose/Smell: Lots of green apples and undertones of fresh grass.
Palate/Taste: High acidity and not as fruity on the palate as it was on the nose. Finish was short and very metallic.
Opinion: Slightly too acidic for me and never a fan of heavy metallics.

Get ready to drool because this wine is highly acidic, definetely food friendly. The nose is closed but complex. Aromas based on yellow apples supported by herbaceousness and minerality. Very enjoyable.

This wine tastes like it was made from fruit fed by acid rain. The nose is aromatic, but hot and the wine has flavors of pear, lemon, apricot, and fire ants.
