I must give a shout out to my favorite neighborhood vineyard here in Crozet. Even though I’m not a huge rose fan, this is lovely served chilled on a summer evening and you can’t ignore the clever play on words for their location in Crozet, VA

Year of rose in VA! Best rose in the state right here, love this on a hot day or if your trying to avoid too much of a buzz but still want wine.
