Sep 19th, 2015Kikuhime/ Kikuhime limited partnership/ Ishikawa prefecture/ Yamadanishiki harvested at special A district of Yokawa town, Hyogo prefecture/ yamahai junmai undiluted unfiltered "Nomikiri"/ rich note of apricot, Joni mold or mushrooms, pineapple, minerals , crispy good acid, comfortable bitterness or mineral, fresh and rich body, light sweetness. It's the "Yamahai" taste!
