Alsace Gewürztraminer

Nice and complex. A touch sweet with complexity to match. Not too soapy hahaha

Clear white wine. Tastes like apple and honey with a touch of bitterness at the end. Very fresh

Clear, pale lemon, dry, honey, lychee on nose. Med alc. med + acidity lots of minerality med finish. Good example from Alsace, not over pronounced

The trick with Gewurtztraminer is that it can be a bit tacky when not well mastered. Here we have the subtle version of the Gewurtz' : leetchi - checked, rose - checked, a good amount of minerality. Everything is beautifully balanced and not too powerful. To wrap it up, go to your local store, buy it and share it with friends !

Very crisp. Bright, easily drinkable. Good, but I like the Pinot Blanc from this vineyard better.

GW tasting 10/17/16 Alsatian. Gewurz nose of aromatics and flowers. Very nice balance and purity on body. Nice finish. $18. Good value.
