Top Notes For
"Odedi"

Dirty ruby in color with a red/ brown rim.

Harsh on the nose with acetone, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, vanilla, oak, barnyard, tar, earth, dirt, smoke, sweat and black pepper.

Full bodied with medium acidity and great legs.

Dry on the palate with cherries, blackberries, blueberries, plums, oak, vanilla, bitter almonds, dirt and peppercorn.

Medium finish with soft tannins, bitter greens and medicine after taste.

Nice quality wine, but very unique and not for my taste. Much better with food. I paired it with cheeses and crackers.

An unfiltered blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Syrah.
Grapes were handpicked in the Judean Hills in Israel, and aged for 15 months in oak barrels.

15% alcohol by volume.
