This is my first orange wine. Very unique and unorthodox. Doesn't really resemble red or white wine.

Light orange in color with a brown tint.

Brandy on the nose with oranges, sour red fruits, limes, citrus, lemon, sweet cherries, strawberries, grapefruits and spices.

Medium bodied with high acidity and nice legs.

Dry on the palate with strawberries, cherries, lemons and great fruits.

Long tart finish with spices, sherry and brandy.

Very Interesting wine. Better with food, mainly because of the high acidity. I paired it with Brie cheese. The bitterness and fat of the cheese, worked well with the wine.

Orange wine is made with white grapes that have been left on the skins and seeds for a while.

12.4% alcohol by volume.
