Alto Adige - Südtirol Lagrein

Tart blueberries, crushed rocks and lavender. Neat wine.

ボルドーグラスで飲むと酸味が強くてアンバランスだったので、ブルゴーニュに変えたら、大化け。チャーミングな果実味でうまかった。

This was exceptional with black and blue fruit. Layered with delicate notes of spice, smoke and cocoa. Medium body with balanced acidity and fruit.

Black olive, blackberry, smoke, dried leaves and fading medicinal notes. Miraculously surviving really bad "cellaring" conditions it is now just seamlessly integrated and very smooth. Improving a lot in the glass. At opening it was 5/10. Twenty minutes later it is 8/10. I love experiences like this. I love wine. Deserves a half point just for the experience!

Crushed red berries with slight earthy and medicinal edge. Should be great with pasta and tomato.

Could have been a few degrees cooler, but great wine!

Nice. It's interesting; Germanic red wines have a certain taste to them.
