Dark inky color with a short brick rim.

Great nose of black plums, black currants, oak, cloves, earth, barnyard, vanilla, tobacco, dark coffee, chocolates, peppercorn, spices, light vegetables and pencil lead.

Full bodied and bold with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry and extremely fruity on the palate with black currants, plums, cooked cherries, oak, vanilla, licorice, cloves, herbs, spices, dark chocolates, coffee, leather, earth, light vegetables, pencil lead and peppercorn.

Long finish with fine tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a great Syrah from Washington State. Well balanced and fruit forward with mild complexity and a great mouthfeel.

Tangy, beautiful, spicy and delicious. Long coffee finish that lasts for a while.

This 7 year old is a great sipping wine, to have by the porch.

Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens up. Drinking very nicely now, and will be good in the next 10 years. Teeth staining color, so not so good for a first date 😃

Thank you Scott for sharing this gorgeous wine with me.

I love K, but this was a disappointment compared to their other bottles. Off kilter, disjointed. Fruit, acid, tannins are just all over the place and clashing. No harmony. Time will tell if this comes around, but I'll pass.

Had w Hanukkah dinner. Amazing nose and body. Big wine. Lots of depth and felt like high alcohol content. Excellent

Enjoyable, but expected a bit more body and texture.

Really awesome for the price. Had it at Swift and Son in Chicago with a great ribeye.

The name says it all, pulls off richness balanced with the old world spice and restraint. Earns its fanboy status and will only get better.
