Smooth and delicious

Well rounded, balanced, good structure and flavor. Nothing outstanding though.

2012 - maison de la lozere

Raspberries and other assorted red fruit, finishes with tarragon. Beautifully bright. A good pair with our cassoulet.

A mass of deep cherries, bold in flavour but not explosive. Well balanced and well received! Enjoyed this with my lovely wife to be at our wedding venue.
