Light golden in colour and unmistakably Alsatian in the nose with orchard apples & Mirabelle plums and a summer meadow. But there’s also an intriguing whiff of exotic. On the palate this starts quite broad but quickly focuses around a core of juicy, mineral acidity. Seems off-dry but is definitely dry.
This has depth & precision beyond the spicy, rich fruit + good length, too.
