Truly one of the best Pet Nats I’ve ever tried. This is totally unique too - let’s call it a rose’ frizzante (50/50 Aligote Pinot). Lots of red fruit restrained by a Burgundian winey earthiness. Musty, cagey, mushroomy, attic. Shows what Pet Nat can be.
