Superb nose of stone fruits, lime rock zest, minerals galore and a lovely confectionary aroma. Smells like a babbling brook. Awesome. Palate is concentrated, complex and chewy, with terrific lime zest and enough rocky minerality to start a quarry. Lovely tension and mouthfeel and razor sharp acids and freshness. Terrific.
