Very young & VERY reductive. Actually almost undrinkable right after opening, with a proper stink. But the palate is silky, smooth & pure.
After 24h this starts showing some ripe, succulent red fruit with an earthy undertone. Great fruit & airiness on the palate with brilliant purity. Very fine tannins, vibrant acidity. This is really good & shows great promise.
I’ll leave it & see how it evolves over the next 24h.
Edit: 48h after opening this shines - the barnyard is gone and earthy, mushrooms aromas appear, with ripe, juicy red fruit. Gorgeous mouthfeel - ripe & full, yet light, juicy, pure. Excellent tannin mgnt.
