Jules vin rosé Côtes De Provence with snow on the mountain tops, below freezing temperatures it is time to finish off the Rosé . Great summer for all now bring on winter. Cheers 🍷🇨🇦

It’s suitably dry on the palate like most Provençal rosés, with measured sweetness at the core, where fruit intersects minerality and bright acid. Even though I find myself searching for more complexity, this is in every way a cheap and cheerful picnic wine. Paired with grilled asparagus, salmon topped with arugula pesto and scallions.
