This 'trocken' Grauburgunder is more like a Mosel kabinett Riesling than an Alsatian Pinot Gris. It's even got a bit of that kerosene note on the nose, quince and a bit floral (jasmine?). The finish is dry (just), tasty white grapefruit flavours, good acidity. As a fan of Riesling and PG, I like this.
