Dec 9th, 2019Green apple, peach, mineral and floral notes right after opening. As it warms up has a slightly oily sensation reminiscent of lemon peel. At an even later stage a sweet aroma of fennel seeds. Nice long finish with a slight hint of refreshing bitterness. Hint of smokiness as well. Rounded mouthfeel with good and balanced acidity.

Fresh, light fruit (apple, melon), slight mineral at first. Fairly long finish. Oddly, I like it a lot as a wine, but since I don't like melon, it's not something I would seek out. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Honeydew cantaloupe nose, clean crisp palate, not too mineral or acidic. Very nice!

Apr 29th, 2016Highly aromatic & stays mainly on the mineral side. It is enough fruit for me, apple, yellow melon plays with candied apricot, off dry but witch characteristic leon aftertaste - good value & heavily drinkable, our bottle disappeared in 20 minutes. Mine first French screw cap.

Medium brooding nose, some minerality & damp wet grass. Bone dry palate with a flinty edge. Lemony, citrus, grassy, gooseberries; long lasting taste. Recommended for goats cheese.
