Cherry cola wine, fizzy texture and all! Loved the zip and zest of this (lemon zest for sure), and the richness that doesn’t overwhelm. The short palate isn’t a bad thing with this kind of wine... it just makes you want more! Low tannin, low acid, juice. (Little structure, a very fun and drinkable natural wine, but beyond that that’s it. Nevertheless, delicious!)
