Savor its kisses. Apples and pears compete amidst the floral cacophony, almond and lemon with cherry blossom; orgeat emerges by dint of association. The caramel is ethereal but persistent. Soft entry, initially, delightfully tinged with a sweet sherry note. Mangrove honey with brown sugar, marigold, fig, date and smoky pear. Delicious, complex and complete.

Love love love this wine. Made by Gerhard Kraacher. Haven't had it since New York, so plsed to finally find it in CA. Orange chiffon, tiaré, which I think means frangipani, sandy sun-blasted air, and marzipan. Stellar with southern Indian food. Get some.

This got lost in the cellar: still gorgeous! Not cloying but deliciously sweet, purity of flavors - vivid - and refreshing acidity. Flat out awesome

A lighter, more elegant version than its cousin, #2. A distinct apple note, with pear and a floral scent. Structured and light on the tongue. Pleasant by itself. Slightly cheaper than #2, but probably a bit more sophisticated. Pandemic bottle #25.

Oxidized wine from Southern Spain and the Moscatel grape. Notes of peaches and oranges drenched in honey. Flavors of almonds and toffee. Unctuous texture and even a bit thick. Not overly sweet. Outstanding dessert wine.
