Sometimes these natty pet nats are...just not good. This one is very good. Fresh, a little yeasty but with a clear lemon rind acidity undistracted by lees-y funk.

New method ancestral from Johan. Much respect to this vineyard, fruits are always so delicious here. Wish this was closer to me to source grapes from. Pretty stone fruits happening with a delicate texture
