Dried apricot, nectarine, papaya. Not as dry as the Kabinett indication might suggest. High acidity and minerality create an interesting texture that is almost a sparkle. Very interesting, quite enjoyable, but a bit of a departure from what you may look for in a Riesling, and is already in its decline.
