Of course this is wonderful BUT it really needs way more time. You just know it’s going to get way better.

One of my go to Rieslings. Nice acid offsets higher sugar than I prefer. Went well with the trout.

Clear gold with a slight sparkle that sticks to the glass and tickles on your tongue. You can smell the crisp you can taste the crisp it’s a green persimmon it’s a granny Smith apple it’s a thick viscous shot of warm fruit oil. Apple pie with no cinnamon when you sneak into the kitchen and grab yourself a forkful from the refrigerator so your wife doesn’t catch you. Delicious
