Prevost Facsimile LC15- Love the way LC15 is drinking! This is the most age I’ve been able to have the Fac Simile with. 😅 Incredibly pure and focused with an energetic palate and lovely strawberries & cream-like, and, minerality expression with just a touch of salinity. Love it.

Enjoyed it a ton but was expecting more because of all the hype. Great texture on the palate with plush red fruit. Good acidity as a backbone with hints of nuttiness as well. Still an absolutely beautiful champagne!
