One of the outstanding values in grower champagne. Tasted from 375 ml, disgorged 6/4/17. Excellent balance between richness and linearity. Floral and chalk elements intermingle wonderfully with brioche and hazelnut.

Great sense of power and weight for a “simple” NV. Captures the essence of Bouzy terroir at an amazing price given this is entry-level. Nose is baked golden apple and yellow peach, toast, white strawberry, currant. Palate has a nice juiciness balanced by a chalky undertone throughout, matches the nose with a dollop of baking spice thrown in. Deceptive given it’s raised in SS. 80 PN 20 CH; 3/2017 Disgorgement

80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay

Grand Cru fruit.

30 plus year old vines, 30 months on lees.

Whoa, mama. I love what Delphine Vesselle has been up to. Completely organic farming techniques are used. 27 acres on the property, 25 of which are Grand Cru Bouzy.

Plums and bright juicy fruit dominate here with refreshing acidity and an elegant bead.

Genius. Finger lime and kiwis, crushed stones, and marshmallows. Loong. So chalky, fresh and soulful. Disgorged 10/2019

This Champagne is so lovely. Ripe expressive fruit linger into a mineral driven elegant finish. Wonderful
