I'm not an expert in Chablis. I couldn't find anything too powerful or to round. Round, elegant, long finish, mineral, extremely balanced. I think this is Chablis you are expected with no oak.

Ren och mineraldriven GC med en härligt smörig avslutning. Förmodligen malolaktisk jäsning.

2012 vintage. Les Clos grand Cru. Ripe lemon citrus, some herbal character. Touch of white pepper, chalkiness. Good concentration and bright lemon acidity. Quite long.
