Ten Grand and 1er Cru Chablis from the 2007 and 2008 vintages, both considered classic years. I found a lot of macadamia on this one.

gorgeous Chablis at its peak with a lovely softness while still having great precision and definition, lemon curd and seashells, Fills the mouth with expansive pretty fruit that sets all the taste buds quivering. Really nice wine.

We had the Jean-Marc Brocard Chablis Grand Cru Valmur from Mag. with a Butternut, frisée, bacon date salad, this wine paired beautifully. It had a golden hue in the stem. Typical saline on the nose with a faint note of a citrus marmalade. The mouth was soft and had a precision with a spiced apricot and lingered with a soft finished. Thanks Al & Jan!

No shortage of acid! Really clean and precise. Great stone infused fruit, but this is an acid beast. I'd say drink this before the fruit retreats and the acid takes over completely.
