Decanted ~2hrs.

Nose is stinky cherry, (I'm not sure if this is old Chinon or 2009 Burgundy) muddy minerals and over-ripe plum.

Palate is ripe black cherry, charred barrel, white pepper, light green bell pepper but the barnyard notes are coming...🐄💨🐑💨🐂💨.

I think this needs much air, as had been our experience with '09 Burgundy in the past couple of years, if you want to drink it now. Likely this bottle still has a decade ahead of it. I'll update notes as the wine opens further.
