Bourgogne Pinot Noir

So good. What a nose. Sopping red cherries, ripe and minty and so deep. Spice, minty foresty earth. Some paprika. So good. So unique. So Morel. Palate is ripe, juicy and loaded to the gills with sweet cherry fruit against a firm mineral background but seriously stacked with fruit. Balanced and pure. Rustic tannins, crunchy and sappy. Juicy. As Jeru the Damaja says, “Rough and rugged, shine like a gold nugget.”
