Physically Distanced 🚧 but Socially Close 🤗 2020 Independence Day Party 🇺🇲 🥳 with several members of our Tastevin crew.🍷 Proof that our palates are wider than Burgundy, outside of sanctioned events.🍾
Notes may be light, scores will be honest. 💯🦄

2017 vintage of Eau Forte is a juicy slugger. Ripe cherries and lavender, long aftertaste just keeps coming. Remarkable and memorable, highly recommended!

Carbonic nose of red fruits citrus and spices, very soft tanins of infusion like. Paired quite well with foie gras !

Lively, delicious ripe cherry, low tannins. Decent depth and texture, def more interesting than most gamay which usually feels too 'thin' and monotonous. Pair it with a fragrant homemade butternut squash curry with chicken, perfect.

Declassified Beaujolais. Intense, complex aromas of fresh raspberries, strawberries, black cherries and damp earth. Tart red berries on the palate, savoury and mineral. Silky smooth texture, with medium, fine tannins. Very elegant. Drinks really good now, but has a lot of time left in the tank.

Magnificent Gamay (Beaujolais style). Small yields, very noble raw material. Biodynimic, carbonic maceration, unfiltered, with little or no sulphite added. Alive, round and fresh. Explosion of fruit and flowers. Greedy, feminine, mesmerizing, like perfume fragrances. An endless finish full of finesse and nuances.
