2006, Jean Bourdy, Cotes Du Jura, Gamay, Poulsard. Unfined and unfiltered, the way wine should be. Tart red berries, spice, and wet dirt. Jura wines just have this natural aroma and taste that I really enjoy. The bottle aging has really integrated the structure but the primary fruit is still front and center.
