A superior replacement for vermouth in a Gin Martini. I’m not a big fan of extra dry Martini but Vermouth can easily overwhelm the Gin. It’s not as fruity and sweet as Lillet Blanc but it’s not as savoury as dry Vermouth. 3 parts Plymouth to 1 Jardesca makes a really good Martini.
