Classic Coonawarra.. Wish I had this before I'd finished the short ribs. Almost more European than big Aussie.

Amazing structure!! Was a bit worried when I opened it up, but about 1hr in air gave way to an amazing fruit forward and eucalyptus / mint towards the finish. Wonderful with organic filet, jacket potatoes and Brussels!!
