Green apples. Pretty bright just before mid palate and it doesn’t carry through to the finish (no mouth watering at back). Missing some creaminess that I enjoy in Millesime. 39% Pinot Noir, 33% Pinot Meunier, 28% Chardonnay. SS

Loads of bubbles, slutty brioche aroma though more lemony on palate. Notes of baked bread and good persistence keeps the lips coming back. Yummy!
