Last bottle. Bright yellow, excellent clarity. Stone fruit and white floral notes in nose. Peach, apricot, lemon and floral flavors, creamy finish with some skin astringency. A peachy, slightly dusty and floral aftertaste. Rounded mouthfeel, bone dry. Real length in the peach flavor after 60 minutes. As protean a Viognier as you are likely to run across in the first hour after opening, then the stone fruit and full assortment of citrus (lemon, Meyer lemon, grapefruit) emerges. Fruit flavor profile has changed since my last tasting 2.5 years earlier. Give it time to open. Who knew you could age Viognier?

Pale yellow in color. Ripe peach honey and mint notes in nose. Orange and green peach flavors in mouth, lemon peel, lime, cream and pineapple on finish, slight astringency at front of tongue. Bone dry, good acidity, delightful
