Snells of wild herbs and a touch of vanilla.
Medium to heavy bodied, olives, herbs, saline, any fruit is unripe, so more of an herb bomb.
Chewy, chewy cedar board tannins.
This would be good in 5 more years.

Medium plus purple. Nose of blackberry, currant, cedar/pencil shaving. On the palate this offer similar dark fruits plus a toasted, pastry like note. Texturally is has medium acid, fine grained and persistent tannins that longer a bit and leave a firmly dry finish. This bottle has been open for a few days, so your mileage may vary.
