It's been a long time since I had an Ice Wine, my long wait has been compensated for with this wine. Aromas of luscious guava, passion fruit and quince paste saturate the nose with same delicious taste effect on the palate.
My new Canadian followers(cyber-friends) I think will approve this wonderful example of Ice Wine. Thanks Canada! 🇨🇦

Very impressive. This 'skillin is killin.. Cinnamon, red apples, orange blossom honey, brown sugar, slight dough aromatic. Pretty heavy sugar though, talking 240 g/L. Fun to just swirl this stuff because the amount of RS results to a slow ocean wave effect rolling around in the glass. Maybe I'm just bored, maybe I'm just buzzed!

Brought to my Ontario wine history class by the co-founder of Inniskillin, Herr Karl Kaiser. The colour is pure gold and extremely viscous. The nose is still tropical as an icewine dispite it's age and filled with tonnes of brown sugar. The palate confirms the nose and is absolutely delicious...the sweetness is well balances by good acidity,the beauty of Vidal icewine is exemplified in this bottle. Danke Herr Kaiser!
