Delicious spritzy afternoon wine! Tart green apple with a lemon/lime zip. Balanced but abundant minerality & acidity, castelvetrano olive brine. At an easy 10.5%, this checks every box for me.

Minerally, acid, crisp. All perfect for oysters. Refreshingly bright and light.

Nice opener for event

2022. Wanted something crisp to start our meal at the new Salt Line in Bethesda and it paired great with oysters, mussels escabeche, and ceviches. Would recommend whole heartedly for raw and marinated seafood .

Time for an afternoon glass of wine.

Lovely nose of a floral meadow, with hints of lemon. Also some unknown musky note. Slightly sour, with lemon and a sharp finish. Reminds me of the hard lemon candies I had as a child. Not super complex, but quite drinkable.

Refreshing acidity, lemon-lime, floral, mineral. A bit spritzy which was unexpected and pleasant. Paired with Spanish cheeses.
