Fantastic value, opened up very nicely. Subtle tannins, slightly smoky, and a little on the sweeter side with notes of blackberry and currents. Great on its own, even better with cheese.

This Montepulciano was good for the price! A bit acidic, but it had some dark cherry notes accompanied by light, oak spices. Pairs well with an Italian meal!
