Bright ruby with low concentration but quite intense in flavors. Sanguine, red flowers, plum, fig, raisin, cassis, and violet. Elevated/high acidity, elevated yet smooth tannins, and almost full body. 12 months in 600L French oak. Great for a finicky grape such as Baboso.

Jul 31st, 2019flinty scented super high acid opener...gives way to mineral/pomegranate, raciness for hours.....sour cherry jolly rancher notes, back to mineral, back to acid. mildly tannic, low sulfur is a plus, and some sucker punch fruit comes forward after a day open, just great.
