Really a lovely bottle. Expressive, floral and more persistent than most Ribollas. (Significantly better than the last bottle of this wine, which wasn’t bad.)

2020 spring. Very light, bright and green - not underripe, but rather as in green grapes or melon. Feels like it’s almost off-dry and frizzante but isn’t
