Ripe yellow apple and Asian pear, apricot, and peach. White flowers and that wonderful petro. M+ acid, m body. Long finish. Lean with noticeable minerality on the palate. Beautiful.

Loads of dried fruit on the nose, surprisingly pale colour. Still plenty of acidity,with vanilla and caramel tones under greengage and unripe apricot
