Lithe with nothing out of place. Wonderful nose with layers of Pinot stank. Nice ‘21!

Some say they lost it, some say they never did, but now most say they are back...a delicious Bourgogne Rouge, 2014 juicy and sappy red berry and plum fruits, super elegant, a dash of earth and a beam of minerality.

Delicate and Chambolle-like, this started to really shine after 30 minutes of air.

This is perfectly balanced. Not a very high level of phenolic complexity or whatever but this is perfectly ripe. Maybe the purest red cherry fruit I have had from a wine. Sweet fruited and fresh. This beats a lot of higher echelon burgundy in my book.
