Alte Setzen Reserve Erste Lage Grüner Veltliner

A richer, creamier GrüVe with ripe honey melon, some guava and ripe pear plus a pi ich of pepper and anise. On the palate with some breadth and a creamy texture yet with good fruit and nice acidity. Pears and white pepper, with some melon in the background. A great food wine but lacks a bit of tensions and energy for sipping alone.
