#401 drinking fantastically, light and mineral nose with lovely burnt brioche, nuts and terrific long finish. In my opinion my favourite entry level Australian sparkling wine that I would choose over many entry of the available champagne within this price bracket/above. Very impressive

A bit closed on opening with possible touch of methoxy, but generous cooked white peach fruit, honeyed cashews held together with tight acid. Great length on finish.

Yep this one definitely didn’t last until Xmas 🎄 day, I couldn’t help myself! A big thanks to Accolade Wines for this lovely gift 🎁. I enjoyed getting stuck into it very much 😜

@HouseofArras hails from the cool climate of Tasmania - an area know for their world class sparkling wines. This Arras Brut Elite retails for approx $37. It’s won numerous awards and no doubt will win over many palates too!

It’s a yellow colour with slight hints of green. The nose is full of freshly baked bread, creamy lemon butter and minerality. In the mouth it has notes of refreshing pineapple and citrus with an air of age and a toasty finish.

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #sample #tcweekdaywine #tctastingnotes

🥂✔✔ sparkling is hit or miss for me, giving me instant headaches. I enjoyed this one, dry and crisp

Fresh bubbles. Acidic and nice by itself. Short taste, though.
