Some Burgundian soul on this for sure with its low alcohol, vibrant acidity, and layer of barnyard funk atop singingly pure raspberry fruit. The earthiness fades with air (and is nearly gone by day two) leaving a well-balanced, exceedingly drinkable, and very pretty wine.
