Very affable bright fruited pinot. The past couple of years have softened things more and it had a velvety roundness over the front palate with a bit of tart pucker and gentle tannins at the back. Red cherries and plums.

Delicious nose on this. It's probably my favourite aspect at this early stage of its development (it's still so young). Bright, sweet red fruit beginning - almost red cordial amongst the berries. Zingy acid through the finish and a bit of chalky tannin; should improve markedly in a couple of years (I'm hoping for more complexity). Amazing value.

Best $20ish you will ever spend. 2016 is exceptional.
