Tart acidity and lovely floral and passion fruit impression. Despite being called Fumé Blanc there is little oak used - it's more to indicate how stylistically different it is from NZ Sauv Blanc. Very little herbal and lime zest notes here and more emphasis on wet stone. Light body, Medium finish
