Piercing nose of peaches and nectarines. On the palate, my mouth couldn’t stop watering and craving more. The fruit stands out here- not so much stone and mineral - but who cares. Awesome juice - concentrated. Blend of fruit from 2 vineyards aged in stainless. The 17 g of RS balances perfectly. Call this a feinherb, a halbtrocken, or a kabinett. Any way you slice it, the wine is really good. 2017 vintage on Aug 15, 2019
