Pretty aromatics, apple/pear, lemon/lime, crushed rocks, yeasty notes and med body. Unfortunately, the acid was really low and didn't pull the elements together.

Medium yellow color. Aromas of bruised apple, pear and orange blossoms. Delightful little Chard. Citrus notes balanced with a hint of minerals. Paired nicely with a spicy dish and some marigolds for Day of the Dead.
