Big opulent nose. Lychee, grapefruit, apricot, mineral, spice and creaminess. Nice nose. Floral as well. White flowers. Palate is rich, spicey but with a dry tasting finish. Nice acid sweetness balance. Juicy and almost savory on the finish. Nice wine.

An under the radar/uber cult wine from Germany.
I’m guessing less than 36 bottles (375ml) made it to the American shore.

Too bad Delectable doesn't have a "+" key in the rating scale, because this is going to get better over the next several years. Beautiful nose of ripe peach and lychee nuts along with a clean stony minerally note. Rich, sweet, primary, and mouthfilling, but very light on its feet. Long long pure luscious finish with nice acids. A dessert wine for those who still want to have some energy after dinner. Really nice.

Elegant as in clear, light, delicate. Great mouthfeel, balanced, not too sweet. Fine fine Gewürz.
