This wine is super nuanced and it really took on different notes throughout the evening depending on airtime, temp, and pairing. My favorite was after it had a good deal of airtime and was closer to room temp. I went back and checked old notes. It paired favorably in past to ‘17 Lafon. This bottle did not quite get there. Maybe it’s me but experiencing a lot of white burg bottle variation

Good Friday also means white burgundy x 2. 2nd bottle of the night and this Meursault compared really well to Lafon. More richness and depth to this and a touch of sweetness really finished the meal off right. Excited for the other Germain’s I just got
